Managing security administrators

As a Global Security Administrator, one of your key responsibilities is to manage Security Administrators and other Global Security Administrators. You can add or delete these roles for any enterprise user.

To see the list of Security Administrators and Global Security Administrators, click Configuration > Security Administrators

Adding a security administrator

To add an administrator, click Add Security Administrator.

On the next screen, search the name of the administrator.

Select the repository.

 Then, click the  button to search for the organizational unit.

You’ll see a pop-up window. Select the desired organizational unit here.

Click Apply. The user will be added a Security Administrator.

To revoke access for an administrator, click the  button.

Adding a global security administrator

A Global Security Administrator must have access to all repositories.

To add a Global Security Administrator, click Add Security Administrator.

Search the name of the administrator.

Select All Repositories and click Apply.

The Global Security Administrator will be added. Note that all Global Security Administrators have the ‘All Repositories’ tag under the Repositories Mapped column.
